Axiom is hiring for a hands-on leadership role where you’ll shape system architecture, guide engineering teams, and deliver high-impact products at scale, with plenty of room to influence the direction as things evolve.

The Candidate
We’re looking for a Senior Technology Lead with a strong engineering background and experience building scalable platforms.
You’ll bring:
- 10+ years in software engineering, with leadership experience
- Strong full-stack background across backend, frontend, and mobile
- Solid understanding of microservices, APIs, and distributed systems
- Hands-on with cloud platforms and modern DevOps practices
- Experience leading teams and delivering large-scale, secure systems
- Proven experience building and launching a live trading platform (crypto or forex)
- Strong expertise in trading architecture, including user flows, liquidity integration, and fiat/crypto on/off-ramps
Bonus experience:
- Exposure to trading platforms, digital assets, or financial systems
- Familiarity with blockchain, AI/ML, or open banking
