We’re working with an innovative Web3 infrastructure company that’s helping developers build on Bitcoin and create new decentralised applications. With a global remote team across Europe and Latin America, they’re reimagining how design can make blockchain technology more human and accessible.
We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer who can blend UX, UI, illustration, and motion to shape the next generation of Web3 products. This is a chance to take real creative ownership and make a meaningful impact on a global scale.
What We’re Hiring
You’ll join a small, high-impact Product Design team, collaborating with Product, Engineering and Marketing to deliver intuitive experiences across web, mobile, and print. You’ll own and evolve the company’s design system, create original illustrations and motion assets, and ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design user-centred experiences informed by research and data
- Translate insights into functional, beautiful interfaces
- Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma
- Produce original illustration and motion work for digital and brand assets
- Uphold high visual standards in typography, layout and composition
- 7 + years in product or visual design
- Expertise in UX / UI across devices and platforms
- Figma mastery and hands-on design system ownership
- Proven illustration and motion design portfolio
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Web3 or FinTech experience a plus
