Our client is a regulated financial infrastructure providerserving FX brokers, payment institutions, fintechs, and iGaming operators.
Their platform enables fast, compliant movement of funds via stablecoin on/off-ramping, digital-asset payments, and multi-currency IBAN issuance. As they expand globally, they're building a commercial team to cement their presence across one of Europe's most active hubs for payments and iGaming.
What We're Hiring
We're seeking a Senior Business Development Manager with strong existing relationships across FX, payments, and iGaming. You'll lead new-business acquisition, manage the full sales cycle, and represent the company at key industry events.

We're seeking a Senior Business Development Manager with strong existing relationships across FX, payments, and iGaming. You'll lead new-business acquisition, manage the full sales cycle, and represent the company at key industry events.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing the Cyprus and wider European & Dubai growth strategy
- Leveraging your network to onboard new B2B clients
- Pitching digital-asset payment and stablecoin solutions to C-suite stakeholders
- Managing the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal close
- Working cross-functionally with compliance, operations, and tech teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- 5+ years in B2B sales / BD within FX, payments, fintech, or iGaming
- Proven track record of closing high-value partnerships
- Existing network in the Cypriot, European and Dubai market
- Understanding of stablecoins and digital-asset infrastructure a plus
- Strong communicator, commercially minded, and able to work autonomously
