Axiom is hiring a Founding (Senior) Blockchain Engineer for a pioneering DeFi project that’s building a new financial primitive in crypto. Join this stealth-mode team and help shape the next generation of decentralized finance.
A unique chance to build something unconventional at the edge of DeFi. You’ll operate as a founding engineer, working closely with exceptional talent to architect and launch a high-leverage MVP from scratch.
What You'll Do
- Build smart contracts in Rust (and possibly Solidity) across chains.
- Solid grounding in EVM and Fullstack skills.
- Design fast, scalable backend services for Solana and others.
- Develop off-chain tools, SDKs, and utilities.
- Create indexing solutions to power responsive front-ends.
- Contribute to testing, CI/CD, and stay updated on DeFi trends.
- Strong Rust/Soalana skills (essential)
- Solid understanding of DeFi protocols and mechanics
- Web3 backend or integration experience
- Familiar with Git, CI/CD, and smart contract standards
