Axiom is hiring for a high-performance crypto trading hedge fund at the forefront of CeFi and DeFi markets. Backed by seasoned traders and technologists, they’re building next-gen trading systems from the ground up and they’re looking for a Quant Developer who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment where every line of code can move the P&L.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and optimize trading strategies into robust, scalable production code.
  • Build and maintain execution infrastructure, exchange connectivity, and real-time market data systems.
  • Engineer low-latency, high-throughput trading platforms across CeFi and DeFi exchanges.
  • Deploy, manage, and monitor infrastructure with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and alerting systems.
  • Collaborate with traders, quants, and leadership to prototype models while ensuring security and compliance.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in quant, trading systems, or high-performance engineering roles.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or Go, with emphasis on low-latency and reliability.
  • Expertise in market data processing, order execution, and risk management systems.
  • Deep understanding of crypto exchange APIs and market structure.
  • Knowledge of AWS, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Bonus: Exposure to DeFi protocols, smart contracts, or blockchain data pipelines.
