About the Company
A global crypto infrastructure project building liquid staking and yield products across emerging L1, L2 and modular ecosystems. The team blends protocol engineering, DeFi strategy and distributed infrastructure expertise.
As they move into an active rollout phase, they require an experienced operator to align engineering, product and ecosystem delivery.
Role Overview
You will run the operational engine behind staking flows, integrations, audits, liquidity programmes and multi-chain deployments. This role sits at the centre of protocol growth, stability and TVL expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full protocol operations across all supported networks.
- Oversee audits, infra readiness, deployment schedules and partner coordination.
- Build dashboards for TVL, yield, liquidity and protocol health.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery with engineering, product and BD.
- Support integrations with L2s, wallets, custodians, liquidity protocols and DeFi apps.
- Maintain operational discipline, risk oversight and execution cadence.
- 5 to 10 years in DeFi operations, protocol delivery or technical programme leadership.
- Experience with staking, restaking or yield-driven systems.
- Strong understanding of on-chain risk, cross-chain coordination and infra readiness.
- Meticulous operator with excellent communication and partner-facing skills.
- Bonus: experience with mining, validator networks or custody infrastructure, and shape the systems that support long-term adoption.
Operate at the heart of a new liquid staking and yield layer that spans crypto and Bitcoin-adjacent ecosystems. You will help scale TVL, launch critical protocol components, and shape the systems that support long-term adoption.
