A fast paced delivery role for someone who loves shipping high profile crypto launches. You will coordinate staking releases, liquidity events and multi-chain integrations for a new BTC yield protocol.
About the Company
A growing Web3 infrastructure venture creating a liquid BTC asset to support the shift toward Bitcoin L2s and native yield layers. Backed by experienced crypto operators, they are preparing multiple major product launches and need a detail driven project lead to keep execution aligned.
Role Overview
As Project Lead, you will coordinate delivery across engineering, product, design and BD. You are the glue between teams ensuring timelines are met and product launches run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Drive execution for staking launches, liquidity programmes and token events.
- Coordinate dependencies across engineering, BD and design.
- Maintain documentation, dashboards and project tracking.
- Support multi-chain deployments and partner integrations.
- Report progress and ensure alignment with leadership.
- 3 to 6 years in crypto PM or product delivery roles.
- Background in DeFi launches, staking releases or token lifecycles.
- Comfortable working in a high velocity environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Understanding of staking and liquid assets in DeFi.
You will join at a critical moment with a direct hand in several ecosystem launches. This is ideal for someone who thrives on owning complex delivery cycles and wants genuine impact.
