What We're Hiring
We're looking for an experienced Platform / DevSecOps Engineer who wants to combine deep technical ownership with people leadership responsibilities.
What You'll Do
- Lead and optimise large-scale Kubernetes production environments.
- Build scalable infrastructure using Terraform, GitOps, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Drive cloud platform excellence with GCP and modern cloud-native technologies.
- Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and deployment automation.
- Improve developer productivity through platform engineering and internal tooling.
- Strengthen security, monitoring, and reliability with Grafana LGTM, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo, and Alertmanager.
- Leverage Golang, Istio, Linkerd, Cilium, and automation frameworks to build high-performance engineering platforms.
Who You Are
- Hands-on technical leader blending 70% engineering with 30% people leadership.
- Proven expertise running Kubernetes at scale in production environments.
- Strong coding and automation skills using modern languages and frameworks.
- Champion of Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, and cloud-native best practices.
- Deep understanding of security, observability, and production-grade systems.
- Passionate mentor who drives team growth, ownership, and engineering excellence through coaching, hiring, and collaboration.
Nice to have:
- Experience leading or driving platform, infrastructure, or developer tooling teams.
- Strong expertise in GCP, Terraform, GitHub Actions, and GitOps (Argo CD).
- Hands-on experience with service meshes such as Istio, Linkerd, or Cilium in production.
- Proficiency in Golang and observability tools including Grafana LGTM (Prometheus, Loki, Tempo, Alertmanager).
