We’re hiring an Operations & CX Product Strategy Manager to shape and deliver AI-powered automation that improves customer experience and operations. If you enjoy working across product, tech, and service design, this role is a great fit.

What We’re Hiring
We’re looking for an experienced product strategist with strong AI and automation experience. You’ll own the Operations and CX roadmap, delivering tools that improve scalability, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Experience & Skills:
- 7+ years in product, operations strategy, or automation, ideally in fintech, banking, SaaS, or tech.
- Proven ability to build and scale digital products with measurable outcomes.
- Strong grasp of AI and automation tools like chatbots, NLP and workflow automation.
- Experience working closely with engineering, data and design teams.
- Comfortable integrating products with CRM or contact centre systems (e.g., Salesforce, Genesys).
- Analytical, structured and strong in cross-functional stakeholder management.
This role lets you shape how AI powers one of the region’s most forward-thinking digital businesses. You will lead end-to-end product strategy, from identifying opportunities to defining solutions and driving delivery and adoption.
