The Role
You'll work closely with the leadership team to lead strategic partnerships, boost user growth, and expand into key markets.
  • Build and secure partnerships to boost user growth and trading volume
  • Represent the brand globally at events and meetings
  • Develop and execute regional growth strategies
  • Manage and optimize KOL and affiliate programs
  • Collaborate with teams and analyze trends to stay competitive
The Candidate
You’ll bring proven experience in business development in the crypto and Web3 space, with a strong grasp of global trends and regional markets.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in crypto or Web3 business development
  • Knowledge of global markets and new opportunities
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with remote teams
  • Self-starter with passion for digital assets; fluency in English (other languages a plus)
