Axiom is hiring for a fast-growing international FinTech, seeking a proven Head of Infrastructure (Azure) to drive cloud strategy and lead a high-performing team.
This is an amazing opportunity to join a fast-growing and highly stable neobank. Helping define their cloud infrastructure in a key leadership role to help them securely scale at pace.
** This is a UAE-based position where my client will pay for the full family relocation.
The Role
- Take ownership of shaping and delivering the organisation’s cloud strategy, building secure, scalable infrastructure for critical systems.
- Lead and guide a skilled team, setting technical direction while driving smooth operations and ongoing improvement.
- Work with senior stakeholders to align technology with business goals, introducing best practices to support growth and change.
- Influence future technology direction in a high-growth Fintech.
We’re looking for a seasoned infrastructure leader who thrives in high-impact roles:
- 12–15+ years of experience in Infrastructure
- At least 5 years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in Azure cloud services (expert level), architecture, and large-scale migrations.
- Strong grasp of security, scalability, and resilient systems.
- Able to define technical vision while staying hands-on when required.
