Axiom is seeking a Head of Growth & Marketing for a fast-growing, global consumer crypto and built-in payment platform.
This is a unique opportunity to lead Growth and Marketing for a product with real traction, and even bigger ambitions on the horizon.
THE ROLE
Working closely with the founding team, you’ll lead efforts across growth and marketing, spanning strategy, user engagement, and broader narrative development.
This is a high-leverage role at the crossroads of emerging technology, finance, and AI.
- Take full ownership of growth and marketing across an evolving, high-impact landscape
- Design and run creative, data-informed experiments across the entire user journey
- Shape GTM for one of the most exciting upcoming token launches
- Build and lead a multidisciplinary team to drive both performance and narrative
- Partner across teams and represent the project in key external conversations and moments
THE CANDIDATE
We're seeking a proven B2C-focused marketing leader who MUST have prior expertise in a Crypto wallet-led platform. Wider fintech experience is also a plus.
- Circa 10+ years of experience in driving growth and engagement across Wallet, Payment, and consumer Fintech.
- Skilled at scaling user adoption and navigating complex ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of on-chain culture, TGEs, liquidity flywheel,s and community building.
- A natural leader with a track record of building teams and launching high-impact initiatives.
- Bonus: You’ve helped launch or grow a token-driven product
