Axiom is supporting a Nasdaq-listed AI infrastructure company in the search for an Executive Vice President / General Manager to lead and scale its Global Infrastructure Services business.
This is a senior leadership mandate for a proven infrastructure operator who can own and grow a revenue-generating business unit at the intersection of GPU-as-a-service, confidential compute, sovereign AI infrastructure and high-density NVIDIA GPU environments.
The company is building the infrastructure layer behind the next phase of AI compute, focused on secure, privacy-preserving, high-performance infrastructure for enterprise customers and strategic partners.
This is a genuine build-and-scale opportunity. The successful candidate will inherit a lean, capable team and take ownership of the commercial, operational and organisational foundations needed to scale the business globally.
The Role
As EVP / General Manager, Global Infrastructure Services, you will serve as the senior business owner for the infrastructure services platform.
Reporting directly to the CEO, with accountability to the Board, you will own the full lifecycle of the business unit across:
- P&L ownership
- Revenue growth
- Margin performance
- Commercial strategy
- Enterprise customer relationships
- Go-to-market execution
- Operational delivery
- Vendor and MSP performance
- Team development and hiring
You will be responsible for setting and executing the multi-year strategy for the infrastructure services business, while also driving near-term execution across customers, vendors, operations, and team growth.
You will also build the organisation underneath you, spanning engineering, operations, sales and service delivery.
Ideal Background
We are looking for a proven operator with deep roots in one or more of the following markets:
- GPU cloud / neocloud
- AI infrastructure
- HPC services
- Hyperscale data centre services
- Managed infrastructure
- Cloud infrastructure services
- High-performance compute
- Enterprise infrastructure platforms
The right candidate will have a track record of owning revenue, margin, and enterprise customer growth, while also being credible with technical teams operating complex infrastructure environments.
You should understand the commercial and operational realities of infrastructure services: customer delivery, uptime, SLAs, vendor accountability, pricing, margin, service quality, and team build-out.
Exposure to NVIDIA GPU infrastructure, high-density power and cooling, confidential compute, sovereign AI, or privacy-preserving workloads would be highly valuable.
