What You’ll Do
- Shape and support ecosystem initiatives across relevant communities.
- Build and maintain relationships with aligned projects and contributors.
- Stay active in the spaces where key conversations are happening.
- Work cross-functionally to align external momentum with internal goals.
- Help elevate the project’s presence within the broader Solana landscape.
- 2+ years of experience in the Solana ecosystem, with an extensive network.
- Experienced in partnerships, growth, and ecosystem strategy.
- Deep understanding of DeFi, blockchain interoperability, and liquidity markets.
- Experience engaging with crypto communities and participating in key industry events.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong communicator with a proactive, independent mindset
