Lead the build-out of a European institutional sales function, working across capital markets, digital assets, and financial infrastructure.
Axiom is hiring a senior, front-office commercial leader to win and grow relationships with banks, asset managers, and financial institutions, scaling adoption of MiFID-aligned investment solutions.

The Role
- Own and execute European sales strategy
- Build pipeline and close complex institutional deals
- Sell into banks, asset managers, fintechs
- Develop strategic partnerships across financial markets
- Work closely with legal/compliance on MiFID-aligned solutions
The Candidate
- 8–12+ years in institutional sales / financial services / fintech
- Proven track record selling into banks and asset managers
- Strong understanding of MiFID II and regulated products
- Experience in front-office, client-facing roles
- Established European network
- Exposure to digital assets or trading environments
