The Role

Working directly with the CEO and C-suite, you will shape company direction across product, data, infrastructure, and engineering. You will own the entire technology function and lead a pan-European engineering organisation of approximately 40 to 50 people.
Your mandate is clear: move the business into a fully data-first operating model and build the platform that becomes the global standard for blockchain market intelligence.

We are looking for a senior technology leader with deep experience in crypto and financial data platforms.

- Own and scale a global multi-chain platform operating across 100+ blockchains, spanning nodes, ingestion, indexing, analytics, and platform reliability.
- Lead the company’s data strategy across real-time pipelines, data lakes, and analytics platforms supporting compliance, risk, and investigation use cases.
- Set the engineering standard across architecture, DevOps, security, testing, and SRE to deliver a stable, high-performance platform.
- Build and lead a world-class global engineering organisation with clear ownership, strong delivery discipline, and senior leadership accountability.
- Drive platform resilience and remove key-person risk through strong governance, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
We are looking for a senior technology leader with deep experience in crypto and financial data platforms.
You will have led large engineering organisations, built distributed systems under strict reliability requirements, and operated in regulated, compliance-driven environments. You will be comfortable in the boardroom, credible with regulators and enterprise customers, and respected by senior engineers.
Core Profile
- Senior technology leader with 10+ years in engineering and 5+ years running large platform, data, and infrastructure teams.
- Proven owner of high-scale distributed systems with strict reliability and performance requirements.
- Deep experience building data platforms, analytics systems, and real-time pipelines.
- Strong crypto and blockchain domain knowledge across Bitcoin, Ethereum, and high-throughput chains.
- Commercial, low-ego leader with a track record of scaling engineering organisations and delivering complex multi-year platforms.
