Axiom Recruit is looking for a highly connected Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Lead to help scale an ambitious RWA platform bringing institutional-grade assets and sustainable yield on-chain.
Real-world assets are becoming one of the most commercially significant areas in digital assets. This role puts you directly at the centre of that growth—with ownership of capital raising, strategic partnerships and market expansion.
The Company
Our client is building the infrastructure connecting traditional finance with DeFi. Its platform transforms private credit and other real-world assets into transparent, permissionless and composable on-chain vaults.
You will join an experienced team with backgrounds spanning global banking, digital asset exchanges and leading DeFi protocols. With the product entering its next stage of growth, the business is ready to scale its capital base, distribution network and market presence.
What You’ll Own
- Build and lead the commercial strategy from the ground up.
- Own the full pipeline, from sourcing to closing strategic deals.
- Raise capital from HNWIs, crypto investors and private wealth networks.
- Secure partnerships across tokenisation, asset management and liquidity.
- Develop joint go-to-market strategies that drive measurable growth.
- Represent the company globally and shape its presence in RWA and DeFi.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in business development, partnerships or capital raising.
- Strong background in crypto, fintech, private credit or asset management.
- An active network across HNWIs, crypto investors and private wealth.
- Proven success raising capital and closing high-value deals.
- Strong understanding of DeFi, RWAs, tokenisation and on-chain yield.
- A confident commercial leader who can build relationships and close opportunities.
