At Axiom, we work directly with founders, CTOs, and leadership teams across Web3 to help them hire the people who actually move protocols, platforms, and products forward. As demand grows, we're looking for a Web3 Talent Sourcer who understands both the ecosystem and how Web3 talent moves.
You'll work closely with senior consultants, map real projects (not buzzwords), and engage engineers, product leaders, and operators who are shaping the industry.
What you'll be doing:
- Sourcing high-quality Web3 candidates across engineering, product, DevOps, BD, and ecosystem roles
- Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn, X, Discord, Telegram, GitHub, and Web3 communities
- Mapping projects, protocols, and companies across Layer 1s, Layer 2s, DeFi, infra, wallets, and exchanges
- Conducting initial candidate screens and providing clear, structured summaries to consultants and hiring clients
- Staying close to market trends in Web3 and understanding how talent moves in this space
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience as a Resourcer / Researcher / Talent Sourcer in Web3, crypto, blockchain or Tech
- Strong understanding of Web3 ecosystems (L1s, L2s, DeFi, infra, wallets, etc.)
- Confident engaging technical candidates
- High attention to detail, organised, and resilient in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with senior consultants
