Axiom has partnered with a leading staking platform and tokenised yields across major blockchains. With Billions in TVL and innovative products bridging DeFi and TradFi, we’re looking for a dynamic BD Lead of APAC to drive institutional capital into our high-yield staking solutions.
Location: Remote (APAC-based), with frequent travel for client meetings, crypto events, and conferences.
What You’ll Do:
- Attract capital from VCs, Hedge Funds, Family Offices, and high-net-worth individuals to our staking platform, where clients earn attractive returns.
- Smash revenue and TVL targets by designing tailored solutions to close deals.
- Use your network to supercharge lead generation alongside our sales team.
- Forge partnerships through in-person meetings, public speaking at industry events, and strategic networking.
- Build and lead a team in this high-impact, high-growth role.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years in crypto/blockchain industry.
- Deep experience of TradFi and DeFi, with a proven record of securing institutional capital
- Strong APAC network and enthusiasm for travel and networking.
- Sharp communication and a knack for closing deals.
