Move your family to the UAE and build the backbone of a next‑gen neo bank. We’re hiring a Full Stack Engineer with PHP and Python to take ownership of an existing platform, modernise legacy services, and ship new features at scale.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Migrate legacy PHP and upgrade into a maintainable Python/Node.js microservices architecture.
- Take ownership of an existing, undocumented system, build out the architecture, APIs, and data models across Python, Node.js/TypeScript, and PHP.
- Document architecture/configuration/recovery procedures; implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for production readiness.
Ideal background
- 4–10+ years as a Full Stack and good experience with Python and PHP
- Fintech/Banking experience and comfort with regulated environments.
- Proven track record in reviving legacy systems with little/no documentation and making independent architectural decisions.
- Long-term employment is ideal
- €6,000–€7,000/month (untaxed) + up to 50% bonus
- Relocation package and Visa - (We can pay for your family).
- Years of meaningful work ahead on a platform built for scale.
