We are seeking a Strategy and Operations Lead to join a foundational team constructing the architecture enabling financial institutions to seamlessly work with stablecoins for quick, compliant, and flexible digital money movement.
This venture empowers financial entities with seamless, compliant stablecoin management, embedding these digital assets into conventional finance beyond traditional protocols, and offers a unique chance to shape a groundbreaking fintech enterprise directly with founders.
The role offers a clear path to leadership, with the role transitioning to Chief of Staff within a year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the go-to-market strategy to identify, engage, and secure partnerships with financial institutions, overseeing the entire process from initial contact to signed agreements.
- Direct all external communications, including creating compelling content for financial partners, representing the company at industry events, and providing updates to investors.
- Define, plan, and drive new strategic initiatives crucial to the company's growth, working directly with the founders.
- Act as a core strategic advisor to the founders, applying analytical rigor to challenge assumptions and inform critical business decisions.
- 4+ years of mid-to-senior experience in demanding environments like fintech, banking, or consulting
- Strong understanding of bank operations, including compliance (e.g., BSA/AML), liquidity management, and broader regulatory dynamics.
- Demonstrated success in cultivating intricate financial alliances, guiding them from nascent engagement through formalized agreements.
- Thrives in early-stage, ambiguous environments, demonstrating a proactive, problem-solving, and risk-taking mindset.
- Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering teams, translating strategic vision into tangible solutions.
- Demonstrable knowledge of stablecoins, blockchain technology, and their practical integration with conventional fiat financial systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing senior leaders and fostering a remote-first culture.
