**This is a remote role strictly focused on the U.S. market, and we are only considering candidates currently based in the United States. Relocation or sponsorship from outside the U.S. is not available.
We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer to work on large-scale, deeply technical systems that support emerging on-chain financial technologies. If you enjoy big engineering challenges and building core infrastructure used across the wider blockchain ecosystem, this could be a great fit.

Who You Are
You’ll join a senior engineering team building and owning systems that support secure value transfer across different platforms.
- 7+ years backend engineering experience (Java preferred, Go also considered)
- Strong computer science fundamentals or equivalent experience
- Experience leading small engineering teams and owning system design decisions
- Skilled in distributed systems, APIs, payments, or blockchain-related systems
- Strong hands-on experience with cloud, Kubernetes, databases, and production troubleshooting
Nice to have:
- Experience with stablecoins, cross-chain systems, or token infrastructure
- Background in fintech payments, PSP integrations, or on/off-ramp flows
- Familiar with DeFi, wallets, gas optimisation, or developer tooling
