We´re currently hiring for a Senior Software Engineer to join a fast-growing, product-led fintech building next-generation investment technology.

What you’ll be doing:
- Designing, building, and deploying software that supports investment products and platforms
- Leading system architecture for secure, scalable, high-traffic environments
- Working closely with product, data, compliance, and wider business teams
- Optimising systems for performance, reliability, and large transaction volumes
- Setting high standards for code quality, reviews, and documentation
- Ensuring security, privacy, and regulatory compliance are baked in
- Mentoring and supporting junior and mid-level engineers
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a Fintech or neobank background
- Strong skills in Java
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, data structures, and algorithms
- Experience in financial, investment, or trading systems
