We’re hiring for a leading Bitcoin L2, seeking a seasoned Blockchain Researcher with deep technical insight and a passion for advancing the theoretical and practical frontiers of decentralised systems.

What We’re Hiring
We’re looking for a Senior Researcher to explore new ideas in blockchain and help turn research into real-world solutions that shape the future of decentralised systems.
What you’ll need:
- PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
- 5+ years of research in blockchain or distributed systems.
- Published work or code contributions in blockchain or cryptography.
- Able to link research insights with real-world applications.
- Strong communication and project ownership from idea to delivery.
Nice to have:
- Experience designing blockchain protocols or working on Bitcoin Layer 2, EVM, or cross-chain systems
- Background in industry research or academic collaboration within blockchain projects
