In this key role, you'll shape the overall feel and user experience of our innovative platform, driving impactful changes across our products.
Fully remote – open to candidates based anywhere in Europe.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead development and architectural decisions across a range of blockchain-focused SaaS platforms.
- Guide Python projects, API design, and big data solutions.
- Build scalable Python applications and improve existing systems using modern tech.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver practical, high-impact solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and ensure clean, high-quality code.
- Prepare technical documentation and promote best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years of Python development experience, including API design, optimisation, and digital transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and data warehouses (like Clickhouse or Snowflake).
- Experience deploying complex apps on cloud platforms (e.g., Kubernetes).
- Skilled in job scheduling, concurrency, and scaling — with a focus on performance and memory optimisation.
- Great communicator — able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of design patterns and architectural styles to build robust, scalable systems.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with large-scale or real-time data pipelines (Kafka, Hadoop, Hive, Storm).
- Background in financial or crypto compliance, with blockchain knowledge.
- Familiarity with GoLang, Rust, Terraform, GraphQL and analytics tools.
- Contributions to open-source projects or experience with incident management.
