The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Engineering Manager. In this 80% management, 20% hands-on role, you will:
- Manage a team of 15 engineers across multiple squads.
- Oversee core platform, data pipelines, developer experience, and DevOps initiatives.
- Drive technical excellence, team alignment, and agile best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define roadmaps and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.
The Candidate
- 10+ years of engineering experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven expertise in system architecture, data engineering, and infrastructure management.
- Hands-on experience with data pipeline technologies, APIs, and DevOps tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform).
- Solid understanding of CI/CD processes, cloud-native tools, and developer productivity enhancements.
- Deep Backend and Pyhon experience
- Familiarity with blockchain technologies and developer productivity tooling.
