We’re seeking a Senior C++ Software Engineer to help design, architect, optimise, and evolve the core of a major protocol, write RFCs, technical designs, specifications, and documentation. You will work directly with the CTO and a top-tier team of distributed systems engineers to build core subsystems of the protocol’s global ledger and consensus engine.
Ideal Background & Experience:
- 4+ years of professional experience with modern C++
- Direct experience or clear involvement in blockchain or protocol development
- Experience from recognised blockchain organisations (example: Coinbase, Ripple, Ethereum Foundation, Solana Labs, Consensys etc.)
- Bonus: Rust knowledge, open-source contributions, cryptography fundamentals
