The Candidate
A Senior Backend Engineer who brings strong generalist capability and thrives in environments where fundamentals and craftsmanship matter. The ideal profile combines:
- 7+ years building and maintaining production-grade systems.
- Strong skills in Rust, C++, C, Go, Python, or TypeScript.
- Excellent CS fundamentals: system design, data structures, distributed systems.
- Senior–staff ownership: can architect, lead, and deliver independently.
- Solid, stable track record of contribution.
- Bonus: low-level systems experience, blockchain/Solana familiarity, interest in Rust, and curiosity about DeFi or trading.
