The Role
You'll help build and improve backend systems that power smart AI workflows.
- Build scalable backend services and APIs in Python.
- Improve server-side architecture with PostgreSQL, Redis, and cloud tools.
- Work with ML teams to add advanced automation features.
- Write clean, testable code and join code reviews.
- Focus on performance, stability, and long-term quality.
- 5+ years of backend development (Python preferred).
- Strong SQL and database skills.
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD.
- Familiar with agile, TDD, and modern practices.
- Bonus: Kubernetes experience; fluent in English.
