We’re partnering with a fast-growing infrastructure business hiring its first commercial lead in APAC. This is a rare opportunity for a Mandarin-speaking, crypto-native sales leader to build regional revenue from the ground up, working across exchanges, fintechs, neobanks, and broader digital asset players.

This role is ideal for someone who knows the APAC crypto market well, understands how deals get done in the region, and wants to join a business where they can have real influence on growth, customers, and long-term regional strategy.

The Opportunity
Crypto is maturing. The market is moving beyond speculation and toward real infrastructure, real payment flows, and real enterprise use cases.

Our client is building the rails that help businesses integrate crypto payments, cross-chain transaction capability, and modern financial infrastructure more seamlessly. Their product sits underneath the surface — solving complexity, improving user experience, and making crypto-enabled products easier for businesses to launch and scale.

They are now looking for someone to lead commercial expansion across APAC.

This is not a standard AE role. It’s a high-ownership, senior IC position for someone who can open doors, build credibility in-market, close strategic deals, and help establish a long-term regional presence.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own the full sales cycle across APAC, from outbound through to close
  • Build pipeline across crypto exchanges, fintechs, neobanks, payments businesses, and financial institutions
  • Develop senior relationships with key decision-makers across Hong Kong, Singapore, and the wider APAC market
  • Run commercial conversations, discovery, and tailored solution-led sales processes
  • Work closely with technical and product teams on complex opportunities
  • Act as the voice of the APAC market internally
  • Help shape how the business grows in-region
Who They’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of B2B sales / BD experience in crypto, digital assets, fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure
  • Strong background in the crypto ecosystem, ideally from an exchange or a business selling into exchanges and financial institutions
  • Mandarin fluency is essential
  • A strong APAC network and credibility with senior buyers
  • Proven ability to win and close complex deals
  • Someone comfortable operating with autonomy, ambiguity, and pace
  • A builder — someone who wants to grow a market from scratch
Especially Relevant Backgrounds
  • Commercial talent from Binance, OKX, Bybit, Crypto.com, or similar environments
  • Sales professionals from crypto infrastructure, on/off-ramp, payments, custody, or digital asset platforms
  • Candidates who have worked in both larger crypto businesses and startup environments
  • People who understand the difference between selling a product and selling a market opportunity
