The Role
You’ll help build the next version of a fast trading platform. This high-impact role gives you ownership of design, coding, and deployment, plus a say in key decisions on system speed and scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build backend services and trading tools in Rust.
- Create reliable links to exchanges and internal systems.
- Keep code quality high with testing and reviews.
- Solve tough performance issues like concurrency and streaming.
- Work with traders to build strong, scalable solutions.
- 3+ years of backend or systems engineering (Rust, C++, Go preferred)
- Solid computer science skills and experience building scalable apps
- Worked on fast, performance-critical systems
- Know how to build with microservices and distributed systems
- Bonus: experience or interest in trading or crypto
