Axiom is partnering with a leading UAE Bank to build out their DeFi and Stablecoin Infrastructure for future growth and wider blockchain-related deployment.
We are in search of a Principal Product Owner to define and build their DeFi & Stablecoin architecture.
This is an amazing opportunity to join a major bank at the very start of its decentralised finance journey. Helping define their 0-1 banking infrastructure and take the reins in designing secure systems that scale globally.
**This is a UAE-based position where my client will pay for the full family relocation.
The Role
Taking ownership of the entire product roadmap, you’ll define and execute the vision and strategy for the banks' DeFi and Stablecoin platform from the ground up, bringing transformative digital finance solutions to life.
- Lead product vision and strategy for DeFi, Wallets and Stablecoins
- Build partnerships with blockchain networks and providers
- Define and manage product roadmap, working closely with engineering and wider business units
- Collaborate with risk, compliance, and treasury teams
- Oversee delivery of innovative DeFi features
- Develop KPIs and success metrics for growth
We're seeking a proven Defi-focused product Leader, ideally one who has worked within banking or helped drive innovation in relevant sectors.
- Proven experience launching and scaling digital asset products
- Strong knowledge of stablecoins, blockchain, and custody
- Deep understanding of compliance and risk in DeFi
- Skilled at turning strategy into execution with teams
- Technically fluent in token standards, smart contracts, and wallets
