Who You Are
We’re looking for a Principal or Senior Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy, vision, and delivery of core platform products.
- 5+ years of product management experience, owning strategy and delivery for complex, high-impact products.
- Strong technical foundation with hands-on or academic experience.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple functions.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Experience building or scaling blockchain or decentralised products.
- Deep understanding of the ecosystem, with active involvement or early-stage experience.
This is not a delivery-only role. You will be expected to operate as a zero-to-one builder, identifying opportunities, shaping product direction, and bringing new initiatives to market.
