Axiom is partnering with a fast-growing global trading technology platform to hire its first dedicated Payout Dispute Specialist.
This is not a traditional case-management role. You will take ownership of an important part of the user journey and help coordinate complex cases across several teams.

Responsibilities
- Manage complex payout reviews involving potential rule breaches.
- Coordinate across Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Support.
- Assess trading activity, technical findings, and supporting evidence.
- Communicate decisions clearly and professionally to users.
- Escalate high-value, sensitive, or regulatory cases when needed.
- Maintain strong case records and improve review processes.
- Experience in trading operations, risk, compliance, investigations, or disputes.
- Strong understanding of trading behaviour and technical risk findings.
- Ability to assess evidence and payout-review cases.
- Clear, professional communication in sensitive situations.
- Experience managing complex cases and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organisation, judgement, accountability, and independence.
