We're looking for a Partner Implementation Manager to support and grow a global partner ecosystem around an innovative software platform. What We're Hiring
As Partner Implementation Manager, you'll work closely with partners, customers, and internal teams to drive successful implementations. You'll help develop the processes, training, and enablement programmes needed to support scalable, high-quality delivery across a growing partner network.
What You'll Do
- Ensure quality across partner-led implementations.
- Troubleshoot complex data, workflow, and configuration issues.
- Support key customer deployments and partner delivery.
- Build training, certification, and enablement programmes.
- Create scalable playbooks and collaborate with global partners and internal teams.
- 2–5 years' experience in implementation, technical consulting, or software delivery.
- Degree in a scientific discipline (Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Materials Science, or similar).
- Experience with scientific software, data platforms, ELNs, LIMS, or enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of scientific workflows and data management.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills with the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
