Axiom is hiring for a fast-moving infrastructure startup building cutting-edge technology on Solana.
We're looking for a sharp, structured and proactive Operations & Project Manager to help power this high-velocity team behind some of the most exciting innovation in crypto infrastructure.
This is a rare opportunity to operate at the heart of a company that’s redefining how on-chain systems scale, working directly with the CEO and across all core business functions.
Location: Remote (Europe-friendly time zones preferred)
Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Competitive Salary + Token Allocation
What You'll Do
- Lead and maintain internal operations systems (Notion, Asana, Linear, etc.)
- Coordinate complex, multi-team project plans across engineering, legal, growth and finance
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership — flagging risks, surfacing bottlenecks and tracking priorities
- Manage external legal, finance, and vendor relationships
- Support financial planning, budgeting, and operational forecasting
- Drive scalable processes to help prepare the business for future growth
Who You Are
- 4–8+ years in startup ops, project management, consulting, or strategy roles
- Proven ability to drive structure, clarity, and momentum across multiple teams
- Strong communicator with excellent reporting and documentation habits
- Detail-obsessed, systems-minded, and highly organised
- Confident managing external parties and working closely with executive leadership
Nice to have:
- Experience in crypto, fintech, or infrastructure startups
- Exposure to finance, legal entity setup, or token-based operational models
