Axiom is hiring a Member of Technical Staff. This is a high-impact platform engineering role for someone keen to build at the edge of AI. You’ll take ownership of problems end-to-end, working across LLM systems, infrastructure, and product to shape how intelligent software is designed and delivered.

What we are hiring
We’re looking for strong engineers who enjoy solving complex problems across the stack and can work independently.
Your experience:
- 3+ years experience with TypeScript
- Design and scale distributed systems
- Build and optimise LLM and AI workflows
- Work across modern backend stacks (e.g. Python, Go)
- Contribute to product, UX, and system reliability
- Owns problems end-to-end (E2E), from concept to production
- Expertise in SWE, TS, LLMs, and AI pipelines
- Focuses on performance, scalability, and system design
- Maintains high standards for code and product quality
- Thrives in fast-paced startup environments and enjoys pushing AI boundaries
