Axiom is hiring for a rapidly scaling international Exchange, developing out several major stablecoin projects.
We're hiring for an experienced Crypto-focused Jnr Marketing Manager to drive engagement across exchanges, communities, and wider market GTM. This role will put you at the heart of a business pioneering new ways for stablecoins and digital assets to deliver real-world utility across payments, savings, and global transfers.
The Role
You'll have the chance to shape strategies, launch impactful campaigns, and grow an engaged community. Collaborating with dynamic teams, you'll help craft messaging and drive execution that makes a real mark across the ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage token/exchange listings and coordinate go-to-market campaigns.
- Launch and promote stablecoin products (cards, on-ramps, merchant tools).
- Lead community engagement, partnerships, and influencer outreach.
- Run paid social campaigns across Web2 and Web3 channels.
- Track competitor activity and analyse campaign data to refine strategy.
The Candidate
We're looking for a proactive and experienced Crypto-focused marketer with a proven background in exchange or token launch campaign management.
You'll have knowledge of digital assets, strong coordination skills, and an interest in evolving financial ecosystems.
Ideal Background:
- 3 years' marketing experience, ideally in Crypto or Web3.
- Understanding of exchanges, listings, and token launch basics.
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills.
- Comfortable using analytics and listing tools.
- Genuine interest in payments, stablecoins, and Web3.
