We’re hiring a Manager, Solutions Engineering to lead a high-impact technical team within a fast-growing technology environment.

This is a senior leadership role for someone with strong technical expertise, people management experience, and a background supporting complex enterprise integrations.

You’ll oversee a growing Solutions Engineering function focused on helping strategic partners design and implement scalable technical solutions across an evolving digital platform.

The Role
We’re looking for an experienced engineering leader with a background in customer-facing technical teams, solutions architecture, or technical implementation environments.

This role will lead the Solutions Engineering function, including partner support, technical oversight, team management, and operational processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and scale the Solutions Engineering function and team.
  • Oversee enterprise partner integrations from design to launch.
  • Provide technical leadership on complex architecture decisions.
  • Build scalable processes, partner programmes, and support models.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve products and partner experience.
Requirements:
  • Experience leading Solutions Engineering or technical client-facing teams.
  • Strong technical and architectural problem-solving skills.
  • Background supporting large-scale enterprise integrations.
  • Proven people leadership in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience building scalable technical processes and partner support programmes.
  • Experience with blockchain systems, distributed ledgers, or financial market infrastructure.
