What You’ll be doing

- Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning systems
- Develop LLM-powered workflows and intelligent automation pipelines
- Translate real-world insurance business processes into AI-driven solutions
- Contribute to system architecture and scaling a startup from 0 to 1
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years’ experience in Machine Learning / AI Engineering
- Proven track record of shipping ML models into production
- Strong coding skills in Python for ML research
- Experience in startup, scale-up, or high-performance teams
