Axiom is hiring a Lead Product Manager to define and shape token architecture for a next-generation Layer-1 ecosystem. This is a rare opportunity to operate at the centre of token design, governance, and economic systems, helping to build infrastructure designed for global scale.

The Candidate
We are looking for a product leader with genuine depth in crypto-native systems and a strong grasp of economic design.
- 5+ years in tokenomics, governance, or crypto research.
- Experience owning token or governance systems in blockchain/DeFi.
- Strong knowledge of token design, governance, staking, or incentives.
- Analytical mindset with experience modelling token economies.
- Comfortable working across L1/protocol ecosystems and cross-functional teams.
