What We’re Hiring For
We’re hiring a Java Technical Lead to drive the architecture, engineering execution, and continuous evolution of the onboarding and KYC/AML platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of onboarding systems including KYC, AML, identity verification and customer screening.
- Build scalable, secure, cloud‑native microservices (Java / Spring Boot).
- 8+ years in software engineering with strong Java.
- Microservices expertise and strong software architecture experience.
- Proven background in digital banking, fintech, payments, or other regulated industries.
- Experience with onboarding, KYC/AML and customer identity flows.
- Ability to relocate onsite to the UAE (relocation package + visa included).
- You’ll work in a high‑growth, high‑funding, innovation‑led environment, shaping architecture at scale and helping build what aims to be the next Revolut of the Middle East
