Axiom is looking for an Investor Relations Lead to spearhead institutional fundraising and scale their AUM through disciplined, institutional-grade strategies. If you understand alternative investments and know how to access sophisticated capital, this role is worth a look.

What We’re Hiring
You’ll lead institutional capital raising and act as the primary interface for sophisticated allocators. The ideal background includes:
- Experience in institutional investor relations within asset management, hedge funds, or alternatives.
- Proven success raising capital from family offices, HNW/UHNW, or institutional investors.
- Strong private capital network, ideally across UAE, UK, or Europe.
- Solid understanding of digital assets with the ability to communicate risk, governance, and returns.
- Able to manage the full IR cycle from outreach to onboarding and long-term relationships.
You’ll be joining a fund that is early enough to offer real ownership, but already past early validation. Capital is in place, and the strategy is clear, with a focus on deploying initial commitments and then scaling further.
