Their technology enables exchanges, trading firms and DeFi protocols to integrate predictive AI into their products, helping institutions make smarter trading and investment decisions. Think of them as building the AI intelligence layer behind crypto markets, powering the next generation of market infrastructure.
The Opportunity
- This isn't a traditional Institutional Sales role. It's about activating institutional capital, liquidity and strategic participation across a rapidly growing ecosystem.
- You'll leverage your existing network to build relationships with hedge funds, market makers, proprietary trading firms, asset managers, VC, exchanges and strategic investors, helping them participate in one of the most exciting AI infrastructure businesses in Web3.
- You'll work directly with senior leadership and have genuine influence over the company's institutional growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with institutional investors, hedge funds, trading firms and strategic partners.
- Open doors with sophisticated allocators and grow long-term commercial partnerships.
- Originate new institutional opportunities across global markets.
- Lead conversations from first engagement through onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
- Represent the business at conferences, investor meetings and industry events.
- This is not a volume-driven sales role. It is about credibility, consistency and knowing how to build trust with sophisticated financial counterparties.
What we are hiring
- Existing network across institutional crypto, digital assets or capital markets.
- Experience working with hedge funds, trading firms, market makers, family offices, asset managers or institutional investors.
- Strong understanding of digital asset markets, trading strategies and how institutional capital is deployed.
- Proven ability to build credibility with sophisticated financial counterparties.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
