A global digital asset ecosystem is hiring an Institutional Business Development Manager to drive European growth by working closely with API-driven trading and institutional workflows in a fast-moving crypto environment.

What We’re Hiring
They’re seeking an experienced BD professional who understands the institutional crypto landscape and knows how to build relationships with API-driven trading clients.
You should bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in BD or sales across crypto, trading platforms, finance, or tech.
- Experience working with API-driven trading clients.
- Strong knowledge of trading APIs, quantitative strategies, data flows, and integrations.
- Skilled in building partnerships, negotiating deals, and managing ongoing relationships.
- Strong market awareness and communication skills, with the ability to work across different teams; fluency in English is essential.
