Axiom is partnering with a Dubai-based regulated digital assets business to appoint a Head of Technology for its CEX and OTC platform.
This is a hands-on ownership role covering the trading platform, external technology partners, production releases and the wider custody, compliance, payments and market-data stack.
What You’ll Own
- CEX and OTC technology end-to-end
- Order/trade lifecycle, execution, settlement, and reconciliation
- FIX, WebSockets, REST APIs, and market data
- Liquidity-provider, market-maker, and RFQ integrations
- Custody/wallet, KYC/KYT, surveillance, and payment integrations
- External platform vendors and outsourced development partners
- QA/UAT, releases, production sign-off, and incident response
- Technical evidence for regulatory and audit review
- 7–10+ years in technology with experience in digital assets, exchanges, brokerage, or regulated fintech
- Senior ownership of a live trading or regulated financial platform
- Strong understanding of exchange and OTC trading mechanics
- Operator-side vendor/white-label platform experience is highly valued
- Hands-on technical credibility: able to interrogate architecture, APIs, logs, and code
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and Python, Node.js, or comparable technologies
- Fluent in professional English
