Axiom is hiring a Head of Sales - Restaking! If you’re an experienced leader in crypto, this is a great opportunity to help shape the future of decentralized finance (DeFi). You’ll be at the forefront of driving adoption for liquid restaking tokens, building relationships with key partners like wallets, custodians, and funds.
What You'll Do
- Team Management: Lead and grow a high-performing sales team to deliver strong results.
- Revenue Growth: Execute sales programs to attract capital and build strategic relationships with key accounts.
- Key Account Management: Develop and manage relationships with HNWIs, funds, and institutions to meet business goals.
- Product Development Influence: Align customer feedback with business priorities to shape the Kelp product roadmap.
- Public Representation: Represent Kelp at industry events and conferences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Business Development to create tailored solutions for clients.
- Shape LRT Adoption: Drive the adoption of liquid restaking solutions to influence the future of decentralized finance.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in capital markets and financial services, including 3 years in DeFi.
- Proven success in meeting sales targets consistently.
- Expertise working with DeFi ecosystem, custodians, asset managers, crypto hedge funds, and banks.
- Skilled in building effective sales, BD, and GTM strategies.
- Strong negotiation experience and ability to engage senior executives confidently.
- Experience in DeFi lending markets, exchanges, custodians, funds, and institutions.
- Background working with leading funds, institutions, or custodians.
- Strong public speaking and leadership skills, with the ability to scale initiatives.
