Axiom is looking for a Head of Marketing to join a pioneering Web3 company known for its innovative technology and outstanding team culture.
This role will report directly to the CEO and play a key role in bringing innovative products to market.
What You'll Do
- Create and run a marketing strategy to grow the user base and boost visibility.
- Shape and communicate the brand story and value to the market.
- Plan and execute product marketing, including new feature launches.
- Manage social media and community channels for consistent messaging and engagement.
- Track results, improve campaigns, lead the marketing team, and stay updated on Web3 trends.
Who You Are
- 8+ years in marketing, with 3+ years in Web3/crypto startups or fast-paced environments.
- Proactive self-starter, adaptable to high-growth, evolving settings.
- Results-driven, with strong accountability and ownership.
- Deep expertise in crypto/Web3, understanding success factors.
- Thrives in dynamic environments, delivering impact in fast-moving industries.
