- Build strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Lead go-to-market initiatives across multiple teams.
- Deliver impactful campaigns that accelerate platform growth.
- Partner with product and engineering to design scalable growth models and community engagement.
The Candidate
- 4–7 years’ experience in growth, go-to-market, trading, or strategy roles.
- Strong network and relationship-building skills across relevant communities.
- Ability to design and run cross-functional campaigns at scale.
- Understanding of market dynamics, user growth funnels, and engagement levers.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — fast-moving, adaptable, and resourceful.
- Hands-on with SQL, dashboards, and analytics tools.
- Experience contributing to high-growth or early-stage projects.
