The Role
We are looking for an experienced business development leader with a strong network across financial services, digital assets, fintech, or broader capital markets.

You will be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving commercial expansion across a rapidly evolving investment and financial infrastructure landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and scale the full business development pipeline, driving both inbound and outbound growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including partner segmentation, messaging, and sales processes.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key strategic partners, expanding commercial opportunities and integrations.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing business development and sales team as the function scales.
  • Provide market and customer insights to leadership, influencing product strategy, positioning, and commercial decisions.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of business development or sales experience in fintech, crypto, or high-growth startups.
  • Strong track record of driving revenue and closing strategic partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of digital assets, investment markets, and financial infrastructure.
  • Builder mentality with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
  • Existing network across institutional finance, digital assets, or related markets is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills; able to simplify complex investment materials.
  • Fluent English; open to international travel and relocation to London.
